Protective coatings only perform as well as the surface underneath them. We carry out high-level industrial painting and coating work on silos, towers, structural steel, cladding and other industrial surfaces, with proper preparation forming a central part of the job.

We can work to a coating system specified by your manufacturer, main contractor or project team, carrying out the preparation and application required for that system.

Access is planned around the structure and the work itself. Rope access is often highly efficient on silos, towers and awkward elevations, but we choose the method that allows the preparation and coating work to be completed properly rather than forcing every job onto ropes.

We're used to working around live, operational sites - minimising disruption while getting the job done efficiently. Recent projects have included full silo and ladder repainting works completed to schedule and budget.

Metal structures, concrete, cladding, and most industrial surfaces - we'll confirm suitability during our site survey.

We're happy to work to a coating system specified by you, your main contractor, or your coatings supplier.

It depends on the structure. Rope access is often ideal for silos, towers and awkward elevations because of its small ground footprint, but we assess access alongside the coating specification and the work that needs to be carried out.

A full Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) is issued ahead of every job, and our team carries full insurance and IRATA certification.

Site Survey & Meterage

We assess the structure and confirm exact meterage to provide an accurate quote.

Surface Preparation

All areas are prepared to the requirements of the agreed coating system before application. Any underlying defects that need attention are identified rather than simply coated over.

Application & Sign-Off

Coatings are applied by our IRATA-certified team, with waste removed and the site left tidy on completion.
