For taller or more complex buildings, reaching the glazing can be a bigger problem than cleaning it. Rope access gives our technicians direct access to difficult windows and facades without a large ground footprint, making it particularly useful where MEWPs or scaffolding would be impractical or disruptive.
We provide one-off and scheduled cleaning for facilities teams, managing agents and commercial building owners, with work planned around the people and operations using the building.
For our rope access window-cleaning service, our technicians work directly from ropes, so there is normally no need for a MEWP or scaffold for the cleaning itself. We'll assess the building first to confirm that rope access is appropriate.
Yes - rope access is often the most practical option for buildings where cherry pickers or MEWPs can't reach every elevation, or where scaffolding would be too slow or costly.
We plan works to keep disruption to a minimum, with access and any ground-level restrictions agreed around the building and its occupants.
